# Company Registration and Formation Documents

Arbridge Network operates as a duly registered legal entity. Documentation supporting its formation, registered status, and operating authority is maintained by the Compliance and Governance Unit and made available to members and qualified counterparties upon authenticated request.

## What is documented

* **Certificate of incorporation** — issuing authority, registration number, and registered office of record
* **Beneficial ownership register** — in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements
* **Articles and governing instruments** — the binding documents that define how the entity is governed
* **Operating registrations** — licences and registrations held in the jurisdictions where Arbridge conducts regulated activity
* **Audit and assurance records** — external reviews covering financial, operational, and information-security posture

## How to request access

Verified members may request access to incorporation and registration records through the dashboard support channel. Requests are logged, reviewed, and fulfilled in accordance with Arbridge's data-minimization principles — documents are released to the requesting party in redacted form where redaction is necessary to protect third-party personal data.

## Why this matters

A digital infrastructure handling member capital must be anchored in a verifiable legal identity. Publishing a clear path to formation records is part of the trust contract Arbridge maintains with its members.
